Cassie and Antonio met on their very first day of math class at the University of Chicago. They shared the same major and saw each other quite frequently and their relationship continued to grow.
It was a snowy winter day when Antonio decided to propose. He brought Cassie up to their rooftop where tulips awaited and he asked her to spend the rest of her life with him.
Promontory Point in Hyde Park is near where their relationship began and was the perfect location for their wedding day. It was memorial day weekend and one of the first really hot days of the year, so lots of families were out at the lake near Promontory Point cooking out and just enjoying the weather. Antonio and Cassie’s ceremony took place right on the lake outside Promontory Point, so the people nearby couldn’t help but watch as these two exchanged their vows and rings. It was such a sweet ceremony with a great view of the skyline in the background. Just as they were pronounced husband and wife, Antonio scooped Cassie up in his arms and carried her away.
These two have so much fun together and have the greatest sense of humor! Throughout the reception they were having the best time on the dance floor and partied well into the evening with family and friends.
